Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr 220851-00-01D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bionics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beta-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Biorad product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bionics such as the STX190HT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AESMRT001001 manufactured by Beta-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Beta-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 411MRC120DA056 by Manufacturer Biorad as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bizerba Brand 5555600303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berges such as SINUSACIDrive equipment made by Berges have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available BL2D5050A made by Okuma as well as the popular 4017A original spares produced by Bk-Precision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18143C by Bijur and SINUSACIDrive spares by Berges are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
